We pay for the ads and the work of finding claimants. You pay per lead that meets the criteria agreed with you: your state, the case types you take and the rest of your brief. The price never depends on whether the claimant hires your firm, a settlement or a win. No setup fees and no ad spend of your own.
What counts as a qualifying lead
A claimant in your state, with a case type you take, who answered our screening questions and ticked a box agreeing that your firm may contact them. Their consent record comes with the lead.
Bad lead? Free replacement within 5 days.
If a lead has wrong details, falls outside your agreed criteria or repeats one we've already sent you, email {email} within 5 days of delivery and we'll replace it free. That's why we call it risk-free. The full rule is in our Terms.
