Personal injury leads for US law firms

PI leads for your firm. Personal injury lead generation with no upfront cost.

Your intake team wants to hear from people who were hurt in an accident and asked a law firm to contact them. PI Lead Partner does the personal injury lead generation for you. We run the ads, screen each claimant with a few short questions and send every lead to one firm only. These are exclusive PI leads, each with recorded consent that names your firm. You only pay for results, meaning each lead that meets the criteria you agreed with us. There's no upfront cost and no setup fees, so the risk sits with us, not your firm.

What's in each personal injury lead

Every lead is a person who filled in a short form on a page that names your firm and asked to be contacted about what happened. You get:

  • Name, mobile number and email address
  • The state where it happened
  • The incident type: motor vehicle, truck, slip and fall, dog bite or other
  • When it happened: under 1 year, 1–2 years or 2+ years ago
  • Whether they got medical treatment
  • Whether they already have an attorney for it
  • Their consent record naming your firm, with a TrustedForm certificate

We don't ask claimants to describe their injuries on the form. Your intake team hears that on the first call, from someone who is expecting to hear from your firm.

How our personal injury lead generation works

  1. 01

Tell us what you take on. Your practice states, the case types you want and how many new matters your intake team can handle each month.

  2. 02

We run the ads. Campaigns run on our own accounts, at our cost. You don't hand over any ad account, page or budget.

  3. 03

Claimants answer a few questions. State, incident type, when it happened, whether they got treatment and whether they already have an attorney. Anyone hurt at work is told the form isn't for them.

  4. 04

The lead comes to your firm. One named firm per lead, with the claimant's answers and the consent record attached.

  5. 05

You pay per lead. Only for leads that meet the criteria agreed with you. Payment terms agreed with you.

Car accident leads, auto accident leads and other case types

You choose the case types you want:

  • Motor vehicle accidents: car accident leads and auto accident leads
  • Truck accidents
  • Slip and fall
  • Dog bites
  • Other incidents, if you take them

A lead for a case type you didn't ask for falls outside your criteria, and we replace it free. We don't take workplace injuries, so workers' comp inquiries never reach you.

Exclusive PI leads, one firm per lead

Each lead goes to one firm. The claimant ticks a box that names your firm, and their details go to you and nobody else. Never shared, never resold.

That changes the first call. When a claimant's details go to several firms, intake becomes a race to dial first. With an exclusive lead, the call they agreed to is yours.

Exclusive means the lead, not the map. We don't sell exclusive areas.

Personal injury attorney leads, billed per result

The usual route to personal injury lawyer leads is an agency retainer, your own ad spend on top and a wait to see what comes in. If nothing does, you've still paid.

We've turned that around. We pay for the ads and the work of finding claimants. You pay per lead that meets the criteria agreed with you, with no media buyer and no ad spend of your own.

The price is per lead, never per case. It doesn't change with whether the claimant hires your firm or how the matter ends.

That's what risk-free means here. If a lead has wrong details, falls outside your agreed criteria or repeats one we've already sent you, tell us within 5 days and we replace it free, as set out in our Terms. Payment terms are agreed with you before your leads start.

Consent that names your firm

Before a claimant can send the form, they tick an unticked box agreeing that your firm, named on the page, may call and text them. A separate box covers the injury information they share. With each lead we store the consent wording, its version, the time they agreed and a TrustedForm certificate. We only contact people who filled in the form and agreed. We never cold call.

Lead generation for law firms, not legal advice

PI Lead Partner is a marketing company. We're not a law firm, we don't give legal advice and we don't share in legal fees. Claimants choose to contact the firm named on the page. We never recommend or vouch for a lawyer.

Every claimant page carries "Attorney advertising" and "not a law firm" notices, and none of them promise an outcome or compensation. State bar rules differ, so where your state requires set wording, a responsible attorney's name or a filing, we agree it with you before your page goes live.

Who our law firm lead generation suits

We work with US personal injury law firms in [NEEDS: launch states, decision 3] that have an intake team ready to call new claimants. It's a good fit if you:

  • Take motor vehicle, truck, slip and fall or dog bite cases
  • Have tried legal lead generation on a retainer and are still waiting for inquiries
  • Would rather spend your time on cases than in ad accounts

If you've compared lead generation for lawyers before, you'll know most of it is either a monthly fee or a shared list. This is neither.

It isn't for you if you handle workers' comp, or if you want new clients guaranteed. We deliver claimant inquiries. Turning them into clients is your intake team's job.

Personal injury lead questions from law firms

You pay for each lead that meets the criteria agreed with you, such as state and case type. That's the result. The price never depends on whether the claimant hires your firm or how the matter ends. There's no upfront cost and no setup fees, and payment terms are agreed with you before your leads start.

A billable lead is a claimant in your state, with a case type you take, who answered our screening questions and agreed that your firm may contact them. If a lead has wrong details, falls outside your agreed criteria or repeats one we've already sent you, email within 5 days and we'll replace it free. The full rule is in our Terms.

Yes. Each lead goes to one firm only, and the consent the claimant gives names that firm. Never shared, never resold. Exclusivity applies to each lead. We don't sell exclusive areas.

We cover [NEEDS: launch states, decision 3]. Case types are motor vehicle accidents (car and auto accident leads), truck accidents, slip and fall, dog bites and other incidents. You choose which you want. We don't take workers' comp.

There are no setup fees and no upfront cost. You pay per lead that meets your criteria. Your terms, including how long they run and how to pause, are agreed with you and set out in writing before your leads start.

Each claimant ticks an unticked box agreeing that your firm, named on the page, may call and text them, and a separate box for their injury information. We store the consent wording, its version, the time and a TrustedForm certificate with every lead, and send the record to you with it.

Neither. We're a marketing and lead generation company. We're not a law firm, we don't give legal advice and we don't share in legal fees. We never recommend or vouch for a lawyer: claimants choose to contact the firm named on the page.

Each lead is sent once the claimant submits the form, with their answers and consent record attached. We agree the format with you before your leads start, by email or into your CRM or intake software.

Claimants answer questions on their state, incident type, when it happened, medical treatment and whether they already have an attorney. Anyone outside your criteria, or hurt at work, doesn't reach you. If one slips through, it's replaced free within 5 days.

Every claimant page carries "Attorney advertising" and "not a law firm" notices and names the one firm the claimant will hear from. We never promise an outcome or compensation, and we never recommend a lawyer. Where your state requires set wording, a responsible attorney's name or a filing, we agree it with you before your page goes live.
