Terms of Service

These terms are for law firms using PI Lead Partner. PI Lead Partner is a trading name of Wall Media Ltd, company number 15045668, registered office Longfrey Cottage, Dorking Road, Chilworth, Surrey, GU4 8RH.

Replacement of leads. If a lead we deliver to you has wrong or false contact details, falls outside the criteria agreed with you in writing, or duplicates a lead we have already delivered to you, you may report it by email to within 5 days of delivery, giving the reason. If the lead meets one of these conditions, we will replace it with a new lead free of charge.

Exclusivity. Each lead is delivered to one law firm only and is not sold or shared with any other firm. Exclusivity applies to individual leads and does not grant any exclusive geographic area.

Billing. Fees are charged per lead that meets the criteria agreed with you. Fees do not depend on whether a claimant retains your firm or on the outcome of any matter.
